CONTROL
ROOM SYSTEM OF THIS DISTRICT
Control
Room system of this district is divided in to four levels:
Central
District Headquarter Control Room.
Sub
Divisional Level Control Room.
Sector
Level Control Room.
In
addition to the above control room one special control room will
become functional immediately at the site of major disaster.
CENTRAL/
DISTRICT LEVEL CONTROL ROOM
Main Central Control Room of this district is functioning
at the D.C., Camp Office, Hisar round the clock one clerk and one
peon has been deputed to collect the information at district
headquarter under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner. They are
collecting information from the Sub Divisional Level Control Room
periodically. A list
of nearby other control room and their Telephone numbers and their
address are also available in this control room.
This Control Room has also direct communication system with
the other State Control Room i.e. Rajasthan State district namely
Hanumangarh and Churu District and nearby Tehsil/ Sub Division as
Bhadra/ Rajgarh-Sadalpur. Other
Department of this district have also functioning their parallel
control room for example, medical / health department.
Irrigation department, Agriculture Department, Public
Health, Forest Deptt. PWD B&R Deptt., District Railway Control
Room. A list of all
equipments, which are essential at the time of any kind of
disaster, is available in the Central Control Room. This Control
Room is playing a key role between the State Control room and Sub
Divisional Control Room. A
list of rescue team is also available in the Central Control Room.
Central/District Control Room is designated with telephone numbers
“232304” & “232324”.
The rescue equipments are to be regularly inspected by the
officer deputed along with the trained staff.
Every year the employees of this district are deputed to
participate in the disaster-training programme by the district
authorities. As and
when such disaster comes in the district other reserve staff also
take immediate action on the direction of District Authorities.
It is prime responsibility of Central Control room at
district headquarter to check the control room and work of sector
officer who is appointed for this job.
Short terms and long terms programmes also made at Central
Control Room and Rehabilitation Camp which is functioning for
disaster effected people is also monitoring the central control
room authorities. If
the rescue operation equipments are not sufficient then central
control room authorities will contact other districts for the
supply of required rescue equipments.
At district level, the rescue operation will be supervised
by the Committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner as its
Chairman, D.R.O. as its member Secretary and all heads of
department will be its member.
The
entire district is divided into two sub divisions both sub
division are functioning their own level control room is: -
Sub
Division Level Control Room Hisar.
Sub
Division Level Control Room Hisar & Hansi
Sub Division Level Control Room functioning under the
supervision of Sub Division Officer ( C) Hisar and Hansi
respectively at their offices/ camp offices.
These control rooms are functioning around the clock
without any interval. The
Sub Divisional Control Hisar is designated with telephone No.
232798 & 232289 and Hansi 254074 & 254005.
They are collecting information from the Control Room at
Block level and Sector Officer also.
Whichever information they receive from the Block level/
Sector Officer Control Room, the same information should be passed
to the District Control Room.
Incharge of Sub Divisional Level Control Room will always
remain in touch with District Level Control Room. A committee
consisting of SDO (C ) concerned as its chairman and head of the
offices of all other departments in the sub-division as its
members will review the rescue operation at sub division level.
